Shipping
As all Rebecca Fugelli pieces are made to order, the time needed to prepare your order will vary depending on demand, production capacity, and the size of your order. Please allow up to 1–3 weeks for your order to be completed before it is shipped. If you would like a more precise estimate, feel free to contact us. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping within Norway
– Orders are sent with Posten Bring
– Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
– Free shipping
Shipping to EU countries
– Orders are shipped with Posten Bring
– Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
– Shipping cost: 15€
- EU customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
Shipping outside the EU
– Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
– Shipping cost: 40€
– International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delays & Exceptions
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen delays with the courier. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your Rebecca Fugelli purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, as provided by Norwegian consumer law (angrerettloven). Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact.
Important details:
– Sale, discounted, and custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
– Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the product is defective or sent in error.
– Exchanges can be made if the desired item is in stock.
To arrange a return or exchange, please email studio@rebeccafugelli.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We will confirm the request and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Each piece is checked before it leaves our studio, but if something isn’t right, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by emailing studio@rebeccafugelli.com, Include:

Photos clearly showing the fault
Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation. Claims made after 48 hours may not qualify for a damage-related return.
